Mow Cop Monochrome

Mow Cop Monochrome

I don’t often use monochrome but this subject has the sort of textures that justify it. OK, it’s a bit tacky using the colourisation over the top but it was a taken a long time ago (8th May 2005) so sue me. Mow Cop castle has always been a bit of a landmark for me as I could see it from the road I grew up on.

It is now a National Trust site and well worth a visit if you’re passing by and like scrambling around rocks. Great views across Cheshire too.
